Your first visit will take about an hour and includes a complete examination, explanation and treatment. Normally x-rays are not required.

Your follow up visits will last about 15 minutes where Dr. Cerami completes a bio-mechanical assessment of the entire spine and extremities and then uses a combination of cold laser therapy, muscle energy work, trigger point therapy, breathing exercises and adjustments or entrainments for structural re-alignment to complete the session.
