Since 1985 Dr. Cerami has added to his array of "hands on" chiropractic techniques, including Network Spinal Analysis, to deliver spinal adjustments and entrainments that not only get results but are very specific and well received. With this simple but effective approach, Dr. Cerami has helped thousands of people get back to normal activities and stay well.
We invite you to visit us for an initial appointment and exam to determine whether we can help you and if we can, design a program of visits that meet your financial, time and health needs.
Your first visit will take about an hour and includes an examination, consultation, report and adjustment and/or entrainment. Normally x-rays are not required.
Your regular visit will last about 15 minutes where Dr. Cerami completes a bio-mechanical assessment of the entire spine and then uses a combination of muscle energy work, trigger point therapy, breathing exercises and finally an adjustment or entrainment for re-alignment to complete the visit.
As you progress through care we will provide you with individual exercises to help sustain your improvement.
